Los que no tengas nada crea tu men\u00fa saludable con predominio de verduras (50%) con algo de prote\u00edna (25-30%) e hidratos de carbono (20-25%) de calidad. Si haces postres que sea fruta de temporada o yogur natural, infusi\u00f3n o caf\u00e9 sin az\u00facar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organiza la lista de la compra en funci\u00f3n de las comidas que har\u00e1s en casa, para evitar los excesos en comidas posteriores. Ahorrar\u00e1s tiempo y dinero.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organiza los men\u00fas de las comidas de Navidad m\u00e1s copiosos en los que tengas que cocinar. Una vez organizados, intenta mejorar la calidad del men\u00fa y buscar opciones m\u00e1s saludables.<ol><li>Escoge aperitivos m\u00e1s saludables: gambas, berberechos, quesos bajos en grasa, tostadas integrales, ensaladas&#8230; puedes separar el que quieras comer en un plato diferente para controlar las cantidades.<\/li><\/ol><ol><li>Evita los fritos o salsas muy grasientas o dulces, mujer prioridad a los alimentos hechos al horno,\u00a0airfryer,\u00a0vapor, plancha, papillote&#8230;<\/li><\/ol><ol><li>Las guarniciones mejor con verduras, son menos cal\u00f3ricas y pueden dar un toque de color muy original al plato, o hacer entrantes saludables a base de vegetales.<\/li><\/ol><ol><li>Que tu bebida principal sea el agua. No abuses de los refrescos azucarados ni de las bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas, por su aporte extra de calor\u00edas (calor\u00edas vac\u00edas) tienen un alto valor energ\u00e9tico y no te aportan ning\u00fan nutriente.<\/li><\/ol><ol><li>De postres, te recomiendo primero hacer una fruta, y as\u00ed evitar comer m\u00e1s dulce de la cuenta; escoge un trocito peque\u00f1o de cada turr\u00f3n, mejor separ\u00e1ndolos en un plato para controlar y racionar la cantidad que te comes.<\/li><\/ol><ol><li>No repitas, en todo caso ponte m\u00e1s verdura de guarnici\u00f3n.<\/li><\/ol>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Regala o congela las sobras de las comidas, o si vas a casa de alg\u00fan familiar o amigo renuncia a los\u00a0tapers.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No vayas a comprar con el est\u00f3mago vac\u00edo, evitar\u00e1s la ansiedad y deseos de \u00faltima hora.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Come despacio y mastica bien los alimentos, mejorar\u00e1s las digestiones y tendr\u00e1s m\u00e1s sensaci\u00f3n de saciedad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Haz las 5 comidas en el d\u00eda (si es necesario), ayuda a no llegar con tanta hambre a la siguiente comida. Evita saltarte el almuerzo o la comida los d\u00edas que haya comidas extras, as\u00ed no llegar\u00e1s con tanta hambre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bebe 1,5 \u2013 2 litros de agua al d\u00eda o infusiones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reserva los dulces para las comidas festivas. El resto de d\u00edas sigue una alimentaci\u00f3n saludable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Los d\u00edas laborales entremedios\u00a0de las fiestas es momento de seguir con una alimentaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s ligera (mejor organizada) y combinada con ejercicio f\u00edsico. (compensar NO quiere decir no comer).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un buen descanso es fundamental.
